50 acres sold to M-Pesa Foundation: – Construction of an academic institution fashioned on the Starehe Boys Centre model which will accommodate up to 1,000 needy students has already commenced on site.
20 acres sold to Braeburn Imani International School: – The school is already built up and is fully operational.
100 acres sold to different private real estate developers.
